Meet Jan

I began knitting and crocheting as a pre-teen, working part time at a yarn shop while attending high school and college. My previous studies in Art compliment my work at the New Ewe. I have a passion for creating with fiber of different textures and colors.

Meet Vicki

I took my first quilting class in 1973 with a friend and became hooked! I love the whole process of making a quilt, however my favorite part is when I put it on my longarm quilting machine, that is when the quilt "comes to life".

See how the fabrics become the quilt

Jane enjoys a bit of knittingJane

Meet Jane

I am are retired pastor and I learned to do handiwork before learning to read. I spent my pre-school days with my grandmother which instilled a love of knitting and quilting. I like to experiment with new techniques and designs and I enjoy teaching others.

  Meet Cyndy

I have been working at The New Ewe since July, 2006. I am a busy mom and self taught knitter. My passion is felting. I felt everything from bags to totes to funky, little slippers. I love to help beginners conquer their fear of casting on to doing their first scarf project. I am happy to have the opportunity to work at the New Ewe with my mom, Mary Vos.

  Meet Mary

I began my career in knitting about 4 years ago with the help of a DVD found in a second hand store. I found myself at the local yarn shop more and more. Eventually, the shop was for sale and The New Ewe Knitting and Quilting Shoppe was created and is doing extremely well. I feel so blessed and welcome visitors and friends to my shop and look forward to opportunities for sharing with others.

Blessings, MLV
