Iron Caddy Class

This is a 4 hour class in which you will create an iron caddy that doubles as an ironing pad. This is the perfect caddy to carry your iron for sewing retreats and classes! 


There are three pattern sizes to choose from for this class: Caddy Pad (fits a full size iron), Caddy Pad Jr (fits a 6in - 8.5in travel iron), or the Travel Iron Tote (fits a mini size travel iron (about a 4in or 5in size)).



Supplies:

-You will need to bring your sewing machine and basic sewing supplies.
-Pattern (pick one of the three, available at the New Ewe)

-Main fabric for caddy body*
-Heat Resistant Ironing Board Fabric (Included with pattern)
-(2) layers of Insul-Bright or (2) layers of cotton batting pieces*
-(2) 1" or larger pretty buttons (shank buttons work well)
-1/4" wide elastic*
-1/4 yd contrast fabric to make binding

*Fabric amounts vary depending on pattern size chosen and can be found on the back of the pattern.
